Voluntary Participation: I am voluntarily participating in the rural camping trip organized by Father & Son Legacy Explorers.
Assumption of Risk: I understand that outdoor activities involve inherent risks, including but not limited to: uneven terrain, wildlife, inclement weather, fire hazards, and physical exertion. I accept full responsibility for any risks of injury, illness, or property damage.
Medical Fitness: I affirm that I am physically capable of participating and have disclosed any medical conditions to the organizers.
Liability Release: I release and hold harmless Father & Son Legacy Explorers, Divine Alliance LLC, volunteers, and affiliates from any and all liability for injury, illness, or damages arising from participation in this trip.
Emergency Authorization: In case of emergency, I authorize event leaders to seek medical care on my behalf if I am unable to do so.
Media Release: I grant permission for photos/videos taken during the trip to be used for promotional purposes unless I provide written notice otherwise.
