Thank you for shopping with Essential Divine Apparel. By placing
an order through our Etsy shop, Wix store, or any linked platform
(including Facebook/Instagram Commerce), you agree to the terms
outlined below. Please read carefully before purchasing.

SECTION 1 — RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We want you to love what you ordered. Here is how we handle
returns and exchanges:
RETURN ELIGIBILITY
- Returns are accepted within 14 days of the delivery date.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
with tags attached (if applicable).
- Final sale items, custom/personalized orders, and clearance
items are NOT eligible for return or exchange.
EXCHANGE POLICY
- We accept size exchanges if the item is returned in original
condition within 14 days of delivery.
- Exchanges are subject to availability. If the requested size
is out of stock, store credit will be issued.
HOW TO START A RETURN OR EXCHANGE
- Contact us BEFORE shipping anything back.
Message us through Etsy, our website contact form, or email.
- We will provide return instructions and a return address.
- Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
REFUNDS
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify
you of approval or denial.
- Approved refunds are processed to your original payment
method within 5–7 business days.
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer
unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
DAMAGED OR WRONG ITEMS
- If you received the wrong item or a damaged item, please
contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the
issue. We will make it right — no questions asked.

SECTION 2 — SHIPPING & DELIVERY

PROCESSING TIME
- Most orders are processed and shipped within 3–5 business
days after payment is confirmed.
- Custom or made-to-order items may require additional
processing time. This will be noted on the product listing.
- Processing time does not include weekends or holidays.
SHIPPING CARRIERS
- We ship via USPS, UPS, or FedEx depending on order size
and destination.
- A tracking number will be provided once your order ships.
ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMES (DOMESTIC)
- Standard Shipping: 5–10 business days
- Priority Shipping: 2–4 business days
- Expedited options may be available at checkout.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
- International orders may be available. Please message us
before ordering to confirm availability and rates.
- International buyers are responsible for any customs fees,
import taxes, or duties charged by their country.
LOST OR DELAYED PACKAGES
- Once a package is handed off to the carrier, Essential
Divine Apparel is not responsible for carrier delays.
- If your package is marked delivered but you have not
received it, please check with neighbors and your local
post office, then contact us so we can assist.
- We are not responsible for packages lost due to an
incorrect address provided at checkout. Please double-check
your shipping information before placing your order.

PAYMENT CONFIRMATION
- Your order will not begin processing until payment has been
fully confirmed.
- You will receive an order confirmation email once payment
is complete.
SALES TAX
- Sales tax is applied where required by law and will be
automatically calculated at checkout based on your location.
PRICING
- All prices are listed in USD.
- Prices are subject to change without notice.
- Promotional pricing applies only during the stated
promotional period.

SECTION 4 — CUSTOM & PERSONALIZED ORDERS

- Custom and personalized orders are available upon request.
Contact us through Etsy or our website to discuss your design.
- Custom orders require approval of a digital proof before
production begins. Once approved, we proceed to production.
- Custom and personalized orders are FINAL SALE — no returns
or exchanges unless the item is defective or incorrect.
- Full payment is required before production begins on all
custom orders.
- Production times for custom orders vary. We will provide an
estimated timeline when your order is confirmed.

SECTION 5 — ORDER CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS

- Order changes or cancellations must be requested within
24 hours of placing your order.
- After 24 hours, orders may already be in production and
cannot be changed or cancelled.
- Custom orders cannot be cancelled once production begins.

SECTION 6 — PRIVACY & PERSONAL INFORMATION

- We collect only the personal information necessary to
fulfill your order (name, shipping address, email, payment).
- Your information is never sold or shared with third parties
outside of order fulfillment.
- Etsy's privacy policy also applies to purchases made
through our Etsy shop.
- By placing an order, you consent to receiving order-related
communications via the email or contact method provided.
